Damian is widely recognised as a leading energy, mining and resources, telecommunications and transport advisor for his work in Australia, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Damian specialises in project finance acting for governments, semi-government entities, project companies and syndicates of lenders on large scale and complex infrastructure projects. For the past 25+ years, Damian has been involved in the drafting and negotiation of the full suite of project documentation on some of the largest and most complex PPP and independent infrastructure projects, particularly in the energy and water sectors, in Australia, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
PwC provides pro bono support services to Sunmoyo, through Damian and his experienced team at PwC, to steer through complex challenges in relation to renewable energy projects and contracts in Sub-Saharan Africa.
